We hired Elmer's to change the locks on my auntie's house. They came out in just a few days and even called an hour or so before to confirm. Randy was AMAZING! On time, so very professional and polite. He finished in no time. He recommended a change to door #4 that saved us money. He even assisted us in installing a new TV (as I was doing that at the same time). My aunt wanted to slip Randy a tip but he refused and told her he was just happy to make her safe. I rarely leave recommendations, but this experience certainly warranted it.

These folks are terrific. Kevin arrived on time and couldn't have been more pleasant to work with. He rekeyed 5 doors for me and even realigned some of our locks that weren't working properly. When he was done, he tested everything to make sure all of our manual and electronic locks were working and cleaned up any mess. Communication was friendly and professional from start to finish and prices were reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to use Elmer's again in the future. Highly recommend.
